Slayer Steam Single Group

The New Single from SLAYER

The Steam Single is the most accessible SLAYER yet. For the first time on a SLAYER machine, an internal reservoir allows for plug-and-play installation. The Steam Single brings the popular features of the SLAYER Steam LP into a smaller footprint.

Manual shots can be prepared while shifting between pressures to “record” a preferred shot and “play it back” throughout the day. A dedicated pre-infusion circuit allows the barista to gently saturate the coffee bed for more balanced and consistent extractions.

The Steam Single features a matte black powder-coated cup rail and wings, anodized aluminium body panels, Soft Touch™ portafilters, and Onyx Duratex™ actuators.

Internal Fresh Water Reservoir

A 2.5L water supply is discreetly located inside the machine. An optional plumbing kit is sold separately.

Removable Drip Tray Basin

Allows easy collection of wastewater for non-plumbed installations.

Independent Brew and Steam Tanks

The PID-controlled brew tank (0.8L, 900W) is separate from the steam tank (2.4L, 2000W), allowing each to maintain optimum temperature stability.

Brew Group Actuators

A three-position actuator allows switching between brew modes and selecting programmable volumes.

Dedicated Pre-Infusion Water Circuit

A dedicated hydraulic path helps provide a consistent and repeatable reduced flow rate, programmable for up to 10 seconds.

Record and Playback

Once a preferred shot has been prepared, it can be recorded and replayed throughout the day. Up to two recipes can be saved.

Heads-Up Barista Dashboard

Displays shot parameters in real time and allows quick adjustments to settings during operation.

Electronic Steam Wand Valves

Robust, low-maintenance solenoids help simplify long-term upkeep.

Rotary Vane Pump
