The Sage Oracle Jet is the brand's most advanced Oracle espresso machine, featuring a powerful Quad-Core CPU and a highly responsive 5.7-inch touchscreen with both Auto and Manual brewing modes. Dual stainless steel boilers allow simultaneous espresso extraction and milk steaming, while the Auto Dial-In System monitors each extraction to help improve consistency on future shots.

Auto MilQ™ creates silky microfoam automatically with dedicated settings for dairy, soy, almond, and oat milk. The machine also supports the Sage+ Coffee App, allowing compatible Wi-Fi models to be remotely powered on and pre-heated.

Auto Dial-In System

The Auto Dial-In System continuously monitors each extraction for under- or over-extraction, automatically adjusting grind settings to help improve consistency and flavour.

 

 

Auto Puck System

The Electronic Grind Adjust system automatically grinds, doses, and tamps each coffee puck for consistent preparation. Integrated Baratza® European Precision Burrs offer 45 grind settings, automatically adjusted for optimal performance.

 

 

Auto MilQ™ Hands-Free Microfoam

The cool-touch steam wand produces silky microfoam with dedicated settings for dairy, soy, almond, and oat milk. Milk temperature is adjustable from 45–75°C, with 9 texture levels for different drink styles.

 

 

Professional 58mm Portafilter

The professional-style 58mm stainless steel portafilter holds an ideal 22g coffee dose, helping produce full-bodied espresso with rich, complex flavours.

 

 

Sage+ Coffee App

The Sage+ Coffee App allows compatible Wi-Fi connected Oracle Dual Boiler machines to be remotely powered on and pre-heated, ensuring the machine is ready before brewing.
