Bean grinder

The FM Grinder Electric Coffee Grinder is a professional-grade coffee grinding device available in three models – 80 mm, 98 mm, and 120 mm flat burr. It features a Mitsubishi motor servo drive system with adjustable speed ranging from 500 to 2000 RPM, catering to a full spectrum of coffee brewing needs from espresso to pour-over.

The grinder is constructed with precision metal and equipped with components such as a residual powder collection box and a lift handle controller, making operation convenient and efficient. With a powerful 1000W motor and a peak torque of 14.3 N·m, it ensures continuous, stable operation, capable of handling a daily load of up to 1,000 cups with ease.

Certified by CE/FCC/RCM, the grinder is compatible with global voltages (AC200 –240V) and suitable for cafes, homes, and professional users. It incorporates the original Mitsubishi servo drive (MR-JE-100A) along with multiple safety protection designs, balancing performance and durability. Key Features

The FM98 is built for cafés that want to take a clear step forward in flavor quality without moving into oversized or overly complex equipment.

With a 98 mm flat burr, its performance approaches that of 100 mm platforms, offering greater clarity, structure, and flavor detail while remaining more compact and cost-effective.

In the cup, FM98 delivers cleaner separation, better definition, and more consistency across brews.

For cafés looking for a high-value upgrade, especially those focused on single origins, filter coffee, or higher-end espresso—the FM98 offers an ideal balance between performance, footprint, and investment.
