FM Grinder Electric 120 mm SSP Flat Burr Black

Precision for the Next Generation

Bean grinder

The FM Grinder Electric Coffee Grinder is a professional-grade coffee grinding device available in three models – 80 mm, 98 mm, and 120 mm flat burr. It features a Mitsubishi motor servo drive system with adjustable speed ranging from 500 to 2000 RPM, catering to a full spectrum of coffee brewing needs from espresso to pour-over.

The grinder is constructed with precision metal and equipped with components such as a residual powder collection box and a lift handle controller, making operation convenient and efficient. With a powerful 1000W motor and a peak torque of 14.3 N·m, it ensures continuous, stable operation, capable of handling a daily load of up to 1,000 cups with ease.

Certified by CE/FCC/RCM, the grinder is compatible with global voltages (AC200 –240V) and suitable for cafes, homes, and professional users. It incorporates the original Mitsubishi servo drive (MR-JE-100A) along with multiple safety protection designs, balancing performance and durability. This makes it an ideal choice for those seeking precision grinding and high-efficiency output.

The FM120 is built around a 120 mm flat burr, delivering a noticeable step up in clarity, structure, and flavor detail. The larger burr size naturally increases extraction efficiency, allowing coffees to present more complex, sharper, and better-defined flavor layers without pushing bitterness.

In cupping and filter brewing, FM120 consistently achieves higher extraction with transparency rather than heaviness. For cupping, it is common to see TDS levels around 1.3–1.5% while maintaining a clean, structured cup. This makes the FM120 perform exceptionally well in filter coffee systems, where precision, balance, and detailed flavor separation are essential.

For cafés and labs focused on high-end filter coffee, competitions, or sensory evaluation, FM120 offers a clear advantage in revealing what the coffee truly has to offer.
